The short version: FlowPrompt does not require an account. Scripts, folders, app settings, bookmarks, highlights, and practice statistics are stored locally. We do not sell your personal information or send your scripts to advertising platforms.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the FlowPrompt mobile application and the FlowPrompt marketing and support website operated by Incep Digital (“FlowPrompt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes information processed when you use FlowPrompt on iOS or Android, contact support, or visit this website.
2. Information stored on your device
FlowPrompt is offline-first. The following information is stored locally using your device’s application storage:
- Scripts and script titles
- Folders, tags, favorites, bookmarks, and highlights
- Theme, typography, scrolling, and reader preferences
- Practice and usage statistics generated inside the app
FlowPrompt does not operate a cloud account or synchronization service for this information. Your script content is not sent to RevenueCat, Meta, Apple, or Google by FlowPrompt. When you export or share a script, you choose the receiving app or location through your device’s share controls.
3. Microphone and speech recognition
Voice Follow is optional. If you turn it on, FlowPrompt requests microphone and speech-recognition permission so the teleprompter can respond to your reading pace. FlowPrompt listens only while Voice Follow is active.
Speech recognition is provided by your operating system and may be processed on-device or by Apple, Google, or your device’s configured speech provider under that provider’s terms. FlowPrompt uses recognition results in the active session to advance the reader. We do not save audio recordings or add recognized speech to your stored scripts.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. FlowPrompt uses RevenueCat to show products, validate purchases, restore access, and determine whether FlowPrompt Pro is active.
RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and transaction information, subscription status, device and platform information, IP address, and diagnostic information needed to provide and protect purchase services. FlowPrompt currently has no user account system, so purchase access is normally associated with an anonymous RevenueCat identifier and your store account.

5. Optional advertising attribution
Some release builds may use the Meta SDK with RevenueCat to understand whether a FlowPrompt trial or purchase followed a FlowPrompt advertisement. When configured, this can involve a Meta anonymous identifier and device identifiers such as IDFA or GAID where your device settings and applicable consent permit it. RevenueCat may also use IP address and platform identifiers for attribution and fraud prevention.
FlowPrompt does not send script content, audio, folders, notes, bookmarks, or highlights to Meta. The app does not use the Meta SDK to automatically log purchases; monetization events are managed through RevenueCat to avoid duplicate reporting. You can limit advertising identifiers through your iOS or Android privacy settings and can decline any tracking prompt presented by the operating system.
6. This website and support
This is a static website and does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider may temporarily process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security, delivery, and operational logging.
If you email support, we process the information you provide—including your email address, message, and any attachments—only to respond, troubleshoot, keep necessary support records, and protect the service. Do not send scripts or other sensitive content unless it is necessary for your request.
7. Retention and security
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear FlowPrompt’s app data, or uninstall the app. Third-party purchase and attribution providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain business records, and comply with law.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and data deletion
- Local scripts and folders: delete individual items inside FlowPrompt. Uninstalling the app or clearing its app data removes remaining local content from that device, subject to device backups you control.
- Microphone and speech recognition: do not turn on Voice Follow, or revoke permissions in device settings.
- Advertising identifiers: use your iOS or Android privacy controls and decline tracking permission where offered.
- Purchases: manage subscriptions and purchase history through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Support records or third-party identifiers: contact us using the address below. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify the relevant record.
9. Children’s privacy
FlowPrompt is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when FlowPrompt’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
